When I first started looking for a diet that had a successful track record, I tried one of the low carb diets. This was a disaster for me after a while because I always ended up starving and having wild fluctuations in my sugar levels.
I tried the South Beach Diet and other diets that I won’t even mention. Why is it so hard to create a diet that actually works for people long-term?
Eventually, one of my friends, Adam, told me about calorie shifting diets. I didn’t know anything about them at the time, but he told me it actually worked for him over a year. That’s what I was looking for..Something that could work long-term.
I saw the difference in his body so I wanted to try it. He recommended an expensive diet that was sold online, but I wanted something cheaper because I was sick of spending so much money on diet plans.
I saw in a few forums people were raving about FL4I or Fat Loss 4 Idiots. I saw people were losing 8 pounds per week and some people were even losing more.
FL4I is very attractive because it’s simple. You don’t have to count calories each day and follow anything very specific. You get to eat a lot of different foods as long as you’re following the calorie shifting diet principles.
One day, you will cheat and eat some great fatty, sugary foods, but the next day, you shift the amount of calories you consume.
So this change or alteration of your caloric intake is what keeps the body from settling into an internal routine. This constant shifting of calories automatically results in a higher metabolism.
As you know, a higher metabolism means you naturally lose weight. That’s the secret behind FL4I.
